By accessing or using GlamBrandi, including our consumer and merchant experiences at app.glambrandi.com and merchant.glambrandi.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use GlamBrandi.

2. Service Description

GlamBrandi provides tools that enable consumers to discover engaging shopping experiences and merchants to create and manage loyalty programs. Features may evolve over time as we improve the product.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login information secure. If you are using GlamBrandi on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide (such as store details, offers, and loyalty terms) and for complying with all applicable laws in the locations where they operate.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GlamBrandi in ways that:

5. Merchant–Consumer Relationships

GlamBrandi connects consumers and merchants, but we are not a party to any transactions, offers, or loyalty arrangements between them. Merchants are solely responsible for honoring their offers and programs. Consumers should review any merchant-specific terms or program rules before participating.

6. Intellectual Property

GlamBrandi, including our brand, designs, and underlying technology, is owned or licensed by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited right to access and use the service for its intended purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

GlamBrandi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any) for access to GlamBrandi during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
